seeking to create Joint Venture/Partnerships on REO Deals where-by the
Partner provides the Up Front Ca$h AND the Exit Buyer. We provide
up to $100M of Unemcumbered Funds with the 1-2% Up Front Fee payable upon
POF. IF there is a "JV" opportunity, we will have '1st Right
of Refusal' on REO portfolios and we will negotiate the Split of
the Margin on the Deal.
